Bill 16 and Bill 141
The rules for divided co-ownership have changed a lot in recent years. Syndiplex turns them into concrete tasks, without replacing the professionals who must be involved.
Syndiplex helps you stay organized. It does not replace legal advice or the studies carried out by professionals.

Questions
No, and be wary of anyone who promises that. Syndiplex organizes your obligations and shows you the deadlines, but compliance depends on the condo association's decisions and on studies done by professionals. When in doubt, consult a lawyer or a notary.
No. Syndiplex is built for volunteer co-owners who take care of things in the evening or on weekends. Every screen explains what is expected of you, in plain words.
No. Those studies must be done by professionals (engineer, architect, technologist, chartered appraiser). Syndiplex helps you keep track of them and know when to redo them.
Yes. You invite co-owners, tenants and other administrators. A notary or broker can get read-only access.
You decide whether to subscribe. Need more time? You can extend the trial once, by 14 days, from the settings. Without a subscription, access is then suspended: subscribe within 60 days to get everything back; otherwise the data is deleted.
You keep full access until the end of the period already paid: that is the time to download a complete copy of your data (registers as CSV files plus attachments). After that, access is suspended, export included. Subscribe again within 60 days, even for a single month, and you get everything back; otherwise the data is permanently deleted, then erased from our backups within the following 30 days. An administrator can also ask for immediate deletion. Keep your copy: the condo association must keep its registers, even without Syndiplex.
No. From 10 units, the price is the same whatever the number of units: $35 a month or $350 a year. Syndiplex is built for condo associations run by volunteers; a large building with a professional manager will probably need a more complete tool.
30 days free, no credit card required. Create your condo association in a few minutes and see for yourself.
